Nabil Bank Internet Banking Login Guide 2026

Nabil Bank internet banking login guide: nBank Web at nbank.nabilbank.com, app registration, password reset, transfers, bill payment and customer care.

Nabil Bank runs its internet banking and mobile banking under one name: nBank. The browser version is nBank Web, and the official login page is https://nbank.nabilbank.com. The phone app is listed as nBank by Nabil on Google Play and as nBank on the Apple App Store, both published by Nabil Bank Limited. If you are looking for the old NabilNet login page, the bank's website no longer lists it. The "nBank Web" entry in the Login menu on nabilbank.com, and the "Login Now" button on its nBank banner, both open nbank.nabilbank.com. The same Login menu also lists the business portals (corporatePAY, Nabil Corporate Net) and the old NBBL login, so retail customers should pick nBank Web. This guide covers registration, web and app login, password reset, transfers and bill payment, limits, and how to reach customer care.

Nabil Bank Login: nBank Web (nbankweb) Address

To log in to Nabil Bank internet banking from a computer, type nbank.nabilbank.com into your browser. This is the address behind the "nBank Web" entry in the Login menu on nabilbank.com and behind the "Login Now" button on the bank's nBank banner. People often search for it as "nbank web login" or "nbankweb"; both mean this same page.

Type the address yourself or use the link on nabilbank.com. Do not log in through links that arrive by SMS, Viber or email, because fake login pages copy the bank's design.

What Happened to NabilNet?

NabilNet was Nabil Bank's older internet banking portal. Its menu entries are now hidden on nabilbank.com, and the bank's own FAQ refers to it as an earlier service when it explains corporatePAY. Retail customers now use nBank Web in the browser and the nBank app on the phone. The bank's FAQ pages still use the older name Nabil SmartBank for the mobile banking app in some answers; the current store listing is nBank by Nabil.

The same Login menu also carries a separate "Internet Banking [NBBL]" link for what the bank's FAQ calls the erstwhile NBBL internet banking. That portal (ibanking.nabilbank.com) did not respond when we checked, so use nBank Web or contact customer care if you still hold NBBL credentials.

nBank Web vs. nBank App: What Is the Difference?

Both belong to the same nBank service. The feature list the bank publishes is written for the app; nBank Web is the browser login for the same accounts.

Feature nBank Web nBank App
Where Browser at nbank.nabilbank.com Android (Google Play) and iPhone (App Store)

How to Register for Nabil Bank Internet Banking (nBank)

You need a Nabil Bank account and the mobile number registered with the bank. Registration starts in the app.

  1. Install the app. Search "nBank by Nabil" on Google Play or "nBank" on the App Store. Check that the developer is Nabil Bank Limited.
  2. Choose to register with your existing account. The app also offers new-account opening; pick the option for existing customers.
  3. Enter the details the app asks for, such as your account and registered mobile number.
  4. Enter the OTP sent by SMS to your registered number.
  5. Set your password and PIN. Use a password you do not use anywhere else.

If you live abroad, the bank says you can register for nBank with an international mobile number and still receive OTPs and SMS alerts.

No Nabil account yet? A Nepali citizen can open one inside the app (the store listing says in under 30 seconds) and then finish KYC online through a virtual session. Until KYC is complete, the account works with limited transactions. You can also start an application at online.nabilbank.com.

How to Log In to Nabil Bank Internet Banking (nBank Web)

  1. Open https://nbank.nabilbank.com in your browser.
  2. Enter your registered mobile number and your nBank password.
  3. Complete any verification step the page shows, then sign in.

Login to Nabil Bank with a QR code

The nBank Web login page can also show Login via QR. The page displays a QR code, you scan it with the nBank app on your phone, and the app authorises the web session. If the code expires, request another one on the page. The bank can switch this option off, so if you do not see it, use the password login.

Nabil Bank mobile banking login (nBank app)

Open the nBank app and sign in with your password. The bank also lists fingerprint or face recognition as a login option. Some services, including bill payments, top-ups, nRemit, interest rates and exchange rates, can be used from the login screen without signing in.

Nabil Bank Password Reset (Forgot Password)

You can reset your nBank password yourself.

Reset from the nBank app

  1. Open the app and tap the Forgot Password option on the login screen.
  2. Follow the prompts. Keep the phone with your registered number at hand, because nBank sends its OTPs there.
  3. Set a new password. The bank says the same option also resets your PIN.

Reset from nBank Web

  1. Go to nbank.nabilbank.com and click the forgot password link on the login page.
  2. Follow the steps the page shows.

If the OTP never arrives, the number you entered is probably not the one on your bank record (common after changing SIM or number). Visit a Nabil Bank branch with your identity document to update it, then try again. If your account is locked, call customer care.

Fund Transfer, Bill Payment and Other nBank Features

Nabil Bank lists these features for nBank:

  • Transfers: send money to any bank account, and load wallets.
  • Payments: electricity, water, internet and TV bills; mobile and landline top-up; government payments; flight bookings; insurance payments; credit card payments; online shopping.
  • QR and cash: scan QR and pay; Mobile Cash for cardless withdrawal at Nabil ATMs.
  • Apply in the app: new account, Demat account, debit card, credit card, virtual iCard, fixed deposit, individual loan, nBank Loan, loan against FD, Business QR, SME loan, and ePayment (3D Secure) activation.
  • Records and tools: account statement download, fund transfer and payment history, activity log, card details, interest and exchange rates, EMI calculator, branch and ATM locator.
  • nRemit: people abroad can send money to a Nabil account using a Visa or Mastercard card.

To make a transfer, log in, open the fund transfer section, pick the destination bank and account, enter the amount, and confirm with the PIN and OTP the app asks for. Save the reference number shown at the end; customer care will need it if anything goes wrong.

Nabil Bank Transaction Limits and Charges

Nabil Bank does not publish a single nBank limit and fee table on its website (the "Transaction Limits" entry in its menu is inactive), and limits change from time to time. Check the limit shown in the app or on nBank Web before a large transfer, or ask customer care.

Figures the bank does publish in its FAQs:

  • QR payments: up to NPR 1,00,000 per transaction and NPR 10,00,000 per month for customers, though the paying bank's app can set its own limit.
  • connectIPS self-verified Nabil accounts: NPR 5,00,000 per transaction, which the bank says is subject to change. To raise it, use the update-limit option in connectIPS and take the downloaded form to the bank.
  • corporatePAY (business): per transaction NPR 1 crore within Nabil and NPR 20 lakh to other banks over connectIPS real-time, and NPR 20 crore over NCHL IPS non-real-time, with no daily or monthly cap. Fees are NPR 2 to 15 per connectIPS real-time transfer and NPR 2 to 10 per NCHL IPS transfer, by amount slab.

Business Accounts: nBank or corporatePAY

Nabil Bank's FAQ says proprietorship firms and single-shareholder private companies can use the nBank app and web with fund transfer, connectIPS, or corporatePAY. Other companies and institutions get view-only access through "Corporate nBank App & Web" (account details, statements and alerts) and use corporatePAY for transfers; corporatePAY needs at least three users (admin, approver and initiator) instead of one login. The bank lists an annual fee of NPR 1,000 for nBank for firms, subject to change. Registration is on a paper form with a board minute or request letter, so ask your branch to set it up.

Security Practices You Should Follow

  • Never share your OTP, PIN or password with anyone, including callers who say they are from the bank. Report such calls to customercare@nabilbank.com.
  • Log in only at nbank.nabilbank.com, and install the app only from the official store listing.
  • Log out after each session on a shared computer, and do not let the browser save your password there.
  • Keep a screen lock on the phone that has the nBank app.
